Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise or plain plant-based yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1- Whisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more vinegar for tanginess or more syrup for sweetness
    2-. Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss gently to coat.
