Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk that isn’t sweet
  • 1 spoonful of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
  • Stevia or monk fruit can be used as a sweetener.

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix chia seeds and almond milk.
  • Mix it well then set it aside for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Add the almond butter after the chia seeds have soaked up all the liquid.
  • Add mixed berries on top for a healthy and tasty boost.
  • If you want it to taste sweeter add stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
  • Let it sit at room temperature or in the fridge.
