Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp orange zest grated
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the softened butter, chopped dried cranberries, honey, orange zest, and salt.
  • Using a hand mixer (or a sturdy spoon), beat the ingredients together until smooth and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust—add more honey for sweetness or more orange zest for zing.
  • Transfer the butter to a jar or roll into a log using plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve at room temperature for best spreading consistency.
