Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the softened butter, chopped dried cranberries, honey, orange zest, and salt.
Using a hand mixer (or a sturdy spoon), beat the ingredients together until smooth and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
Taste and adjust—add more honey for sweetness or more orange zest for zing.
Transfer the butter to a jar or roll into a log using plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve at room temperature for best spreading consistency.
