Instructions
Add frozen banana, pumpkin puree, and almond milk to a blender.
Add almond butter or peanut butter for extra creaminess.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and optionally flax or chia seeds for extra fiber and flavor.
Add ice cubes if you prefer a cold, thick smoothie.
Add your preferred sweetener (maple syrup, stevia, or agave) to taste.
