Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup soy protein chunks Perfect for that meaty texture.
  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth Adds a savory depth.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce For umami flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For a touch of richness.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika A smoky twist.
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • your favorite herbs Optional: rosemary, thyme, or sage

Instructions
 

  • Soak soy protein chunks in warm vegetable broth for 5–10 minutes until rehydrated.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add rehydrated soy chunks, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Sauté for about 8–10 minutes until browned and flavorful.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs to taste. Serve hot!

Notes
