  • 1 cup of beans cooked
  • 2 cups of mixed veggies carrots broccoli and bell peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic cut up
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger grated
  • Instructions
  • When the pan is hot add the olive oil.
  • Add the garlic and ginger and stir for one minute.
  • Do a 5 minute stir fry after adding the veggies.
  • You should add soy sauce and cooked beans.
  • Give it another two to three minutes then serve it hot.
