- Ingredients
- 1 cup of beans cooked
- 2 cups of mixed veggies carrots broccoli and bell peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic cut up
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ginger grated
- Instructions
- When the pan is hot add the olive oil.
- Add the garlic and ginger and stir for one minute.
- Do a 5 minute stir fry after adding the veggies.
- You should add soy sauce and cooked beans.
- Give it another two to three minutes then serve it hot.
