  • 2 naan breads whole wheat or plain

Toppings

  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded; rotisserie or Greek-seasoned recommended
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled

Seasoning & Garnish

  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing naan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures the naan gets crispy, providing the perfect base.
  • Place the 2 naan breads on a baking sheet. Brush each lightly with 1 tablespoon olive oil to help them crisp and turn golden when baked.
  • Spread 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges if desired. The sauce creates a creamy, flavorful base.
  • Layer the toppings: evenly distribute 1 cup shredded chicken, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1 cup diced cucumber, and 1/2 sliced red onion over the sauce. Then sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon dried oregano over each pizza and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the naan edges are golden and toppings are heated through.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, drizzle with extra tzatziki if desired, slice, and serve warm.
