Ingredients

ripe mangoes
diced or use frozen mango chunks

agave syrup
or honey for non-vegan

lime juice
fresh is best

fresh mint leaves
optional, for garnish
Instructions
Add diced mangoes, agave syrup, lime juice, and salt into a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Swap agave with maple syrup or coconut sugar for different flavors. Frozen mango chunks work great if fresh ones are unavailable.
