A bright, refreshing vegan mango sorbet that’s quick to prep and perfect for summer. Use fresh or frozen mangoes and tweak the sweetener to your taste!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups ripe mangoes diced or use frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or honey for non-vegan
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh is best
  • 1 pinch salt
  • fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add diced mangoes, agave syrup, lime juice, and salt into a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Swap agave with maple syrup or coconut sugar for different flavors. Frozen mango chunks work great if fresh ones are unavailable.
