- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- For The Cookie Layer
- 1 cup flour for everything
- 1/2 cup sugar either brown or coconut
- 1 tablespoon of softened vegan butter
- 1/4 cup milk that doesn’t contain dairy
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 and a half cups of dairy-free chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
Make the layer of brownie Mix cocoa powder, baking powder and flour in a bowl. Vanilla extract dairy free milk and melted coconut oil should all be added. Mix it all together until it is thick and smooth. Spread this mixture out evenly in the baking dish that has been prepared.
Put together the cookie base Mix vegan butter and sugar in a various bowl until the mixture is smooth. Vanilla extract and milk that doesn’t contain dairy should be added. Add the salt baking soda and flour and mix them in. You can add chocolate chips if you want to. Place this dough on top of the brownie layer in a thin layer.
25 to 30 minutes in the oven. Put a toothpick in the middle to make sure. It should mostly be clean. Keep it in the pan to cool down.
Once it is completely cool, cut it into squares and serve.
