Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk almond, oat, or coconut
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegan whipped cream for topping
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Start by assembling all the ingredients to ensure a smooth blending process.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, dairy-free milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste your mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired. Blend again.
  • Add the ice and blend until the texture is frosty and thick.
  • Pour into a glass, top with vegan whipped cream, and garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired.

Notes

You can swap maple syrup with agave or use coconut cream for a thicker version.
